Telegizmos Scope Covers

TeleGizmos scope covers are designed to protect your telescope from the elements. These covers will reflect sunlight to keep your optics cool, and repel water to keep the telscope dry. TeleGizmos offers two types of telescope covers designed to meet all of your needs, including short term star party use or protection from 365 day outdoor exposure.

Original style TeleGizmos Telescope Covers are made from a multi-layer, polyethylene material with a fully aluminized surface. The heat reflective ability of the cover is extremely high with a material strength equal to a multi-layer light weight tarp. These standard TeleGizmos Solar Scope Covers, when used outside, are intended for exposure periods not to exceed one to two months continuous duty.

The TeleGizmos 365 Series Telescope Cover System is designed to meet all your equipment cover needs, inside or outside. However, it's real strength is the ability to withstand the demands of continuous 24/7, 365 day outdoor exposure. Designed and field tested for more than year in several weather extremes, the TeleGizmos 365 Cover is tried and proven with the warranty to back it up.

Telegizmos 365 Series Covers for Fork Mounts

The 365 Series Cover is designed to meet the most demanding equipment coverage needs including 24/7, 365 outside exposure. These models are shaped for fork mounted telescopes, including Celestron CPC and Meade LX90/LX200 models.

Telegizmos 365 Series Covers for GEM mounted SCTs

Telegizmos 365 Series covers for equatorially mounted SCTs feature a trapezoidal shape to accommodate the higher northern end of the tube or fork arms. These covers will fit both equatorial wedges and German equatorial mounts.

Telegizmos 365 Series Refractor Covers

Telegizmos 365 Series scope covers for refractors feature a trapezoidal shape to accommodate a refractor on a German equatorial mount in the park position, pointed towards Polaris. These covers are also suitable for use with altazimuth mounted scopes.

Telegizmos Original Cover for GEM Mounted SCTs

TeleGizmos Scope Covers are multi-layer, polyethylene material with a fully aluminized surface. These covers are shaped to accommodate larger SCTs on German equatorial mounts. An internal drawstring allows the cover to be closed around the tripod head.

Telegizmos Standard Tripod Covers

The new TGTP tripod cover is a three panel cover that opens full length on one side. Once wrapped around your tripod, the open side of the cover seals shut with a full length Velcro fastening system.
